Behringer's CRAVE took one look at the price of a vintage mono synth and lopped off a couple of zeros. Under the hood: a proper analog 3340 oscillator, a creamy ladder filter straight out of a certain Moog bloodline, a 32-step sequencer, and a patchbay that turns it semi-modular the second you reach for a cable. It's cheap, it's cheeky, and it sounds genuinely huge: thick basses, acid squelch, and leads that cut. Sync it to the rest of your rig, patch it into your modular, or just sit and twist knobs until the neighbours file a complaint.
