Inner Pieces is a worker-owned co-operative based in South Africa, with a focus on:

• Artisanal light-manufacturing
• New-gen technologies
• Niche, long-tail & collector communities
• SA → global market exports

Our Mission:

We use artisanal craft to create and restore mods and models for the World’s collectors and uplift our communities.

Main operations:

1. Design and hand-build scale models and merchandise for the global collector and creator markets
2. Modify, restore, renew vintage electronics and instruments for global markets
3. Create CAD/CNC 3D files for niche items like model parts, car parts, electronic & instrument casings for global markets

Artisans are the soul of humanity’s craft and the keepers of our heritage.

Creating with their hands, shaping raw materials into objects of beauty and utility. In their work, you see the fingerprints from lifetimes of labour and love.

Our world is vast, and it is the touch of the artisan that brings intimacy to the grand expanse. They remind us that in the midst of machines and mass production, there remains a place for the unique, the hand-hewn, and the heart-felt. It is in their craftsmanship that the spirit of our ancestors lives on, and through them, we connect with the timeless rhythm of human creativity and perseverance. Without artisans, we lose a thread of our story, a part of what keeps us human.
